For the second visit related to the same issue or procedure—often the visit where the procedure or treatment is performed after the initial evaluation/testing (within 30 days).
We coordinate one roundtrip visit including safe pet-only transport, scheduling, and real-time communication support. This visit includes the clinic exam/consultation fee—we pay it directly to the clinic as part of your appointment—so you’re not paying a separate exam fee on top of transport and coordination.
Common uses include consult + procedure, dental cleanings, imaging with follow-up, treatment visits, post-op checks, and medication adjustments.
Veterinary testing, procedures/anesthesia, and medications are separate and paid directly to the clinic.
